Before Amanda became a physical therapist at her physical therapy clinic, she was an athlete in college, competing in both tennis and cross country. After completing her college education, she continued to race in triathlons and began training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, which has greatly informed her approach to personalized care in sports injury rehabilitation.
