Athletes Choice Physical Therapy, LLC is a specialized physical therapy clinic in Mobile, Alabama focused on helping athletes and active individuals recover from injury, prevent future injuries, and improve performance. The practice emphasizes personalized, one-on-one care, tailoring treatment plans to each patient’s goals and needs. Athlete
Before Amanda was a physical therapist, she pursued athletics in college in both tennis and cross country. After college, she continued racing in triathlons and began training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Physical Therapist
Amanda graduated from Delta State University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and went to physical therapy school at Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Georgia. Amanda Graduated from physical therapy school, earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2015.

Amanda and her husband, James have two children, James (7) and Skylar (5). All of the Mills family train Brazilian Jiu Jitsu together.
